We do not have a voice mail system by choice and hope to never have such a system. Our company policy is that all phone calls are returned preferably the same day but certainly within 24 hours.

With a combined total of over 50 years in the management and construction business we have the expertise, in house, to service your property intelligently. Our resident Real Estate Attorney assists us in serving you most wisely and effectively.

Our company controller has a degree in accounting as well as being a licensed tax accountant. Randy Swanson oversees our accounting department as well as our trust accounts.
